Registration & Payment
Each accepted paper must have at least one registered participant before October 15, 2019. Fill out the registration form and complete the payment of registration fees. Then, send the registration form and a copy of transaction with your name on it to the secretariat by e-mail (iwdw2019@163.com) to finish the registration. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations should be unacceptable and the nomination of alternate participants must be received by email (iwdw2019@163.com).
Invitation letter
Invitation letters will be issued to the registered participants needing visa processes. In this case, please contact to the secretariat (iwdw2019@163.com).
